Our client is seeking a skilled AV Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain AV systems that enhance communication and presentation capabilities across the organization. You will play a critical role in supporting high-profile events such as town halls and conferences, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless AV operations.
System Design and Installation:
- Design and engineer AV solutions for spaces such as conference rooms, auditoriums, and town halls.
- Install, configure, and test AV systems, including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.
Event Support (Town Halls and Meetings:
- Coordinate and execute AV setups for events such as town halls, webinars, and large-scale meetings.
- Provide live event support, including managing audio, video, and streaming quality during events.
- Work closely with organizers to ensure all technical requirements are met.
Maintenance and Support:
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades for AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Document and maintain inventory of AV systems and components.
Collaboration and Training:
- Work with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Train end-users on the proper operation of AV systems and create user-friendly guides or manuals.
Project Management:
- Manage AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Evaluate and recommend new AV technologies to enhance user experience and system functionality.
